The Shards of Glass Truth campaign is brilliant! I just saw my first commercial of it and it was incredible. Well done, good marketing for a good cause.

Are emotions so difficult? I feel depressed, nauseous, lonely, and relieved all at the same time. I don’t know what to do except wait it out, but that is potentially more terrible than the situation itself.

Tomorrow I go back to Boston. That is really hard for me to wrap my head around. I don’t know where the summer went, but more importantly, I don’t know where my time with my family went. I am kind of upset to be leaving but, of course, happy that I will be moving into my apartment and getting back into the swing of things. I am sort of at a loss of words or feelings. I don’t know whether to be excited or disappointed. But I guess it doesn’t matter now…

Okay, I’m just going to go ahead and say this: “In the Heights” is probably one of the most incredible shows (both live and pre-recorded) that I have EVER seen!! The cast was absolutely incredible…everyone to Usnavi (LOVED) to Sonny to the Piragua guy to Nina’s dad. I just didn’t know what to do with myself. Secondly, AMAZING SET. So good. Third, such good lighting for the show!!! The music was incredible, but I knew that before going, the directing and choreography was brilliant…I just…am in awe that kind of talent exists in this world. Also- HOW WERE ALL OF THE CAST MEMBERS SUCH GOOD FUCKING DANCERS?!? Bahhhh I wish I could watch that show ten-times over right now. So good!!!
